LOL. I was about to comment about how odd it'd be if Dude Fest was in an area that voted for McCain (though I believe one year it was in a very Republican exurb because that's the only place a venue could be reserved for cheap.)

But Center Township is 41% black, so that is unquestionably an error. The black neighborhoods of Indianapolis start in the middle of Pike township, run down diagonally and then extend the width of the townships but straddling the border until they hit Warren where the black population fades but never completely. McCain might've won the precincts in the third tier though, all are well over 90% white.

That area is basically the suburbs, and actually was prior to 1970 or whatever.
