I wouldn't describe any county that voted for Bush as "liberal," but, just to play along, I suppose Latah County in Idaho might be a candidate.
Latah wins I think. Lots of Democratic Indians, college kids, and working class poor voters.

Latah barely has any Indians at all...they barely outnumber blacks.
