If the reason applies only to an extremely, extremely miniscule fraction of illegal immigrants, a percentage less than the population at large, why is it a valid reason in support of mass deportation?

Because if that miniscule fraction were deported, less cops would be killed.

By that logic, we should deport everyone except policemen.
