Man this is a tough one. Both are pretty similar situations I think.

I thought we might be getting close to a labor deal last week but it seems one step forward, two steps back.

I can't even tell on the debt agreement. Both the GOP and the Democrats seem to keep huffing and puffing and slamming their feet, although moreso the former.

NFL Labor Deal, in fact, I'm reading on CBS Sports.com that we may have a framework for a new CBA by Friday, a new CBA by Sunday, and 2011 free-agency bonanza starting Monday or Tuesday.

The framework has been there for weeks. They just can't agree on the revenue sharing.

Man what a tough day. Boehner walks out of talks and the NFL players refuse to vote on the owner approved CBA. Damn.

Yeah, how dare those players refuse to agree to something without taking time to look at it first!  How dare they check that what is on the paperwork the owners sent them conforms to what they thought they had agreed to!

I didn't say they were wrong. It was just a bummer. Thanks for assuming though.
