Which steak sauce do you prefer?

I rarely eat steak, but when I do, it better be good enough that I don't need to bury it with a condiment.  I prefer my beef ground up, cooked well, put on a bun with cheese, pickles and onions. Held together with ketchup and mustard.  Or maybe put at the bottom of a tortilla with a little lettuce, diced onion and cheese sprinkled on top and maybe a picante sauce added to hold it together.

The people that get bent out of shape because of how another person eats his steak are jerks though.  That much is obvious.
