I'm tired of people smashing Bush for defending America. I can't say as I look up to this nation very much anymore.

Did you ever think thatthey thought the war was wrong, and that it wasn't defending America?  Opposing the war is a little different than supporting a dictator, like Hussein.

He was defending America because Iraq was a threat to the region and the world. I mean in WW2 Hitler wasn't REALLY a threat to the US as their was little chance of invasion. Weren't we right to stop that mass murderer? The problem is this nation has turned into a nation of pansies.

Ehh, you may want to check your history again.  Defending Hitler.. classic hard right Republican.  There was a VERY imminent threat to the US even in 1938.  Britain and France should have stood up to him and the US should have backed them up.  There were subs hovering off New Jersey before Pearl Harbor.  Nazi Germany was a FAR more imminent threat that Iraq which was little if any.  As Jimmy Carter said, it's North Korea we need to worry about.
