Time Tabloid
Newsweek  OK but a little PC
U.S. News & World Report OK
The Week Don't know enough about it
The Nation Don't know enough about it, sounds like potential neocon garbage
Playboy Kinda perverted

Time - The best
Newsweek - Decent, but not as good as time
U.S. News & World Report - OK, but not as good as Newsweeks
The Week - not familiar
The Nation - not familiar
Playboy - Excellent.  Essentially Time + a few naked girl photos.

Time - The cover and Man of the Year are a standard. Otherwise ok
Newsweek - About the same as Time but not as iconic
U.S. News & World Report - Rankings of universities and grad schools
The Week - never read
The Nation - Definitely not neocon- a little too far left for me, but balances out the National Review and other conservative periodicals
Playboy - Don't read, but I guess I'd enjoy it

Time- Positive

Newsweek- Positive, better than Time if I had to choose between the two

U.S. News & World Report- Slight Negative, its centre-right, don't like it as much as the others

The Week- I think this is a new one, I've only seen it, haven't read it

The Nation- Positive. Most Left wing of all the ones here. I wish it had more news instead of having so much of it being devoted to book and film reviews.

Playboy- Positive

Newsweek- Also very good
U.S. News & World Report- Apart from college rankings, I don't know anything about it
The Week- Never heard of it
The Nation- I hear good things, but I haven't read it
Playboy- Good writing + nudity = very positive

Time- Positive, longtime subscriber to this and The Economist
Newsweek- Positive, just not as positive as Time
U.S. News & World Report- See Newsweek
The Week- Not Familiar
The Nation- Not Familiar
Playboy- I don't know what's so great about it,  my mom only let me get the Braille version when I was at home. Articles are pretty good, actually.

I like them all in terms of their coverage of news and current events.  I have not read Playboy, aside from an occasional article linked by someone else.

My favorite news magazines are...

The American Prospect
The Nation
Sojourner's
The Christian Century

Mother Jones is pretty good but I haven't picked it up in a couple years.
