You can keep up to date on ballot status for the parties at Ballot Access News (http://www.ballot-access.org).

The link might not work right now; I haven't been able to access the site for a few days, though.

The Libertarians do not yet have access in all the states, although they probably will by election day.  They are the only ones other than the Democrats and the Republicans to already be on enough ballots to have a chance to win the Presidency without sending it to the House.
