Anti 2nd Sino Japanese War conservative with liberal tendencies who was expelled from the legislature but somehow got reelected in early 1942 during the peak of Japanese war fervor in his rural district. Interesting he was allowed to run in the first place even if the legislature didn't have much power by this point .
