There's still going to be a number of 100.0% Obama precincts.

Best McCain precinct would be kind of interesting. Randomly checking Acadia Parish, there's one where he hit 435 out of 465 valid votes, or 94%.

This is a list of Lousiana precincts in parishes whose names begin in a, b, c, d, or east. Within that area, every precinct listed was better for McCain than any larger precinct, and where he cracked 90%.

East Baton Rouge 3/46, 854 votes cast. McCain 774 (90.63), Obama 69
East Baton Rouge 2/8B, 802 votes cast. McCain 738 (92.02), Obama 54
Bossier 02/22B, 794 votes cast. McCain 744 (93.70), Obama 46
Allen 04/2, 281 votes cast. McCain 268 (95.37), Obama 10
De Soto 12, 91 votes cast. McCain 88 (96.70), Obama 3
Ascension 60, 1 vote cast. McCain 1 (100.00), Obama 0

Oh yeah, and there was one unanimous Obama precinct in Baton Rouge. 377 votes cast.
And a precinct in East Carroll parish where Obama took 115 votes out of 116... and that was a vote for Ron Paul (Louisiana Taxpayers). Also a precinct in Shreveport with over 500 votes where Obama took all but one, though that was a McCain vote.

EDIT: Extended my search to anything before (but not including) Jefferson. Will not continue it further. Amended list:

East Baton Rouge 3/46, 854 votes cast. McCain 774 (90.63), Obama 69
East Baton Rouge 2/8B, 802 votes cast. McCain 738 (92.02), Obama 54
Bossier 02/22B, 794 votes cast. McCain 744 (93.70), Obama 46
Jackson 11, 594 votes cast. McCain 561 (94.44), Obama 28
Allen 04/2, 281 votes cast. McCain 268 (95.37), Obama 10
Evangeline 5004, 162 votes cast. McCain 156 (96.30), Obama 4
De Soto 12, 91 votes cast. McCain 88 (96.70), Obama 3
Evangeline 4021, 3 votes cast. McCain 3 (100.00), Obama 0.

Honorable mention:
Franklin 18, 25 votes cast. McCain 24 (96.00), Obama 0. Remaining vote was for Paul. Also, Jackson Parish had an unanimous Obama precinct, with about 80 or 90 votes or so. Lol.

More interesting might be to look for the strongest >1000 votes McCain precinct. One such precinct in St. Tammany's Parish was 89.83% McCain.
A thousand votes is shifting the relevancy threshold pretty damn high. I'd continue with that sliding scale. If I did continue.
