Obama received 100% of the vote in 65 precincts in Pennsylvania:
48 in Philadelphia (which ranged from 3 to 585 total votes)
15 in Pittsburgh (ranging from 37 to 308 total votes)
and 2 in McKeesport (143 and 280 total votes)

Obama received between 99.00% and 99.83% in 279 precincts:
258 in Philadelphia (ranging from 101 to 771 total votes)
14 in Pittsburgh (121 to 361 total votes)
3 in Chester (387, 404, and 583 total votes)
and 1 each in Wilkinsburg (585 total votes), Darby township (835 votes), Clairton (118 votes), and Alquippa (377 votes)

McCain reached 90% in two precincts: Green Hills (91.67%) and East Keating (90.91%), neither of which had a large amount of total votes (12 and 11, respectively). He reached between 80% and 90% in 27 precincts, ranging from 7 to 1,117 total votes. Interestingly, one of these precincts is in McKeesport (Ward 6 District 2), in the same municipality were Obama won 2 precincts with 100% of the vote, although it is significantly smaller than the 100% Obama precincts with only 44 total votes (37-5 McCain).

Obama’s five best precincts with 1,000+ votes were:
Darby township 1, 98.73%-0.93%, or 1,165-11 out of 1,180 votes
Harrisburg Ward 10 District 4, 96.30%-3.40%, or 964-34 out of 1,001 votes
Norristown Ward 3 District 2, 96.13%-3.57%, or 969-36 out of 1,008 votes
Harrisburg Ward 9 District 3, 94.56%-5.08%, or 1,061-57 out of 1,122 votes
Cheltenham Ward 3 District 2, 93.89%-5.62%, or 952-57 out of 1,014 votes

McCain’s five best precincts with 1,000+ votes were:
Leacock township, 80.66%-17.46%, or 901-195 out of 1,117 votes
Union township (Mifflin county), 78.78%-20.59%, or 876-228 out of 1,112 votes
North Woodbury township, 77.63%-21.49%, or 878-243 out of 1,131 votes
Union Square, Rapho township, 76.47%-22.16%, or 949-275 out of 1,241 votes
Napier township, 76.45%-22.67%, or 870-258 out of 1,138 votes
