For such a basic question, I'm surprised I haven't been able to find an answer. Now, I presume not all precincts will have been documented, so I'm not fussy about finding the absolute #1s, just whatever you've found. Also, results from very small precincts aren't interesting, so only precincts with ~50 or more voters please. (The minimum size is a function of lopsidedness, so a 40-0 Obama precinct is more interesting than a 50-1 precinct).
