Let's say that, like Governor of Virginia, President can serve one term and cannot seek reelection for a second immediate, but may run again later.

First of all, Presidents would be more popular and less focused about re-election.

2nd of all it'd be like this :


1981-1985 : Ronald Reagan
1985-1989 : George H.W Bush
1989-1993 : Jack Kemp

1993-1997 : Bill Clinton
1997-2001 : Al Gore
2001-2005 : Bill Clinton

2005-2009 : George W. Bush
2009-current : John McCain
