What if somehow New York Mayor John Lindsay won the Republican nomination, and Humphrey and Wallace are the same as OTL. How would the map have worked out? The year is 1968 by the way.

John Lindsay/ Howard Baker (R)
Hubert Humphrey/ Edmond Muskie (D)
George Wallace/ Curtis LeMay (AI)

Here's my take of it:

Lindsay- 287
Humphrey- 174
Wallace- 77

Lindsay loses ground in the South, and loses some Nixon Blue collar Workers in the Rust Belt, but wins New York, and scrapes up a narrow majority to win. The election in 1972 might be uncertain.
