In 1948, President Roosevelt is renominated by the Democrat Party with Senator Scott Lewis (D-Illinois) is his Vice-President.
The Republicans nominate Senator Robert Taft (R-Ohio) and General Douglas MacArthur of Arkansas.
The State Rights Party nominates Governor Strom Thurmond (D-South Carolina) and Governor Fielding Wright (D-Mississippi).

Thurmond is sworn in as President and invades Israel, immediately taking it over. Germany, Italy, and Japan also aide the U.S. in invading Israel. Germany, Italy, and Japan become on nation, Geritpan. Geritpan and the U.S. control Israel together.
Also, President Thurmond passes segregation laws throughout the U.S., which ban the 13th and 14th Amendments and instate segregation everywhere in the nation. He is very unpopular and is impeached in 1950.
President Fielding Wright announces in 1950 that Israel will become a U.S. state. Part of Israel will join Geritpan ("Geritpanrael").
In 1951, President Wright announces that he will not run for President. Candidates are:
