Heck no!  Neither should condoms - it's not the school's job to waste money on that - if a private organization donates it, I don't care.  But a public school shouldn't do that - especially not in [NJ], where we're broke.

Yes, because are hospitals refuse everyone.  Seriously though, we don't even turn away illegal immigrants I hardly think that the woman would be turned away having a baby.
