If true, that's...not that horrible given that the Louisiana Democratic Party is in tatters. That being said, I know that polls tend to underestimate the dominant party in safe states, so that could be happening here.

Yea I think in safe states the number to look at is what is the opposite party candidate has in the poll. In this case Biden is only getting 33%, which is close to what he will end up getting.

Mississippi was only 3.7% to the right of Georgia in 2012 FWIW
