After much soul searching and debate, I have come to the conclusion that a tyranical federal government has no interest in the rights of those who reside in their respective regions. The 4th amendment is quite clear in stipulating that the regions shall govern themselves. Yet our own governor has failed to represent the people of our region. Not only does he kotow to the federal government, he refuses to take steps to form a regional government. Therfore, by the power vested in me as a citizen of the great state of Michigan, I will be holding elections for a mayorial position to adminster the laws of Michigan.

Since we are a common law region the governor has no authority  to deny us this right at the state level. Common law implies that the peoples of all municipalties shall govern over themselves. With that in mind, there will be an election for the position of Mayor of Michigan this coming weekend (to be voted on by Michigan citizens only.) Starting at noon September 3rd of this year and ending at noon the September 5th of this year(Eastern Standard Time.) All those who wish to run (Michigan citizens only) must make their intentions known by noon est., Sepetmber 2nd of this year.

An official charter will be drawn up by the newly elected mayor of this great state.  But I expect the newly elected  mayor to serve as the sole executor, sole legislator and sole judge of this great state. If elected myself I will act in the above outlined capacaties. Furthermore, I envision the mayoral position to have a term of 2 months. As such, during the next national elections I would issue an election for the mayoral position (if I am mayor.)

Upon election of the new mayor he/she will immediately take office and have the power to administer the laws of this great state.
