McCain did better than his statewide % in every county except Cook.

I don't think he was disputing the accuracy of the map, but rather the fact that one county could so dominate a state as to be the only county in the state that is more Democratic than the statewide average.

It's actually fairly plausible that Giannoulias could defeat Kirk this fall while winning only Cook and losing every other county in the state.
