Doug Wilder's almost the epitome of a DLC candidate.

For his time, he was. But compared to the nonsense we have to put up with from the DLC today, he wasn't too bad.

bandit, wilder (or warner or kaine) never would have won in the va if not for dlc type democrats.

Wilder was long before Warner and Kaine.

Did the DLC even exist yet in 1989?
