First of all what does a controller do? Second, I disaprove of you creating positions like these, we aer trying to limit the government in some ways, I am strongly against this unnecessary position. I think that regions only need a Governor and a Lt. Governor.

If this violates the Forum Constitution then I will find some way to get it changed but there was lots of time to point it out if there was a problem from the moment this document was first proposed to it's signing.
