Opinion Dynamics (Fox) Bush +3 (Registered Voters - head to head)
Gallup Kerry +1 (Likely Voters - head to head)

Average = Bush +2

Rasmussen - Tied (Likely Voters - Head to head)
Quinnipiac - Bush +3 (Registered Voters - with Nader)

Average = Bush + 1.5

Actually, I 100% totally disagree.... it is an excellent question...  

It is actually fairly standard to ask a "temperature" question of this type to guage the enthusiasm each party has vis a vie their own candidate.  Especially in a close race the name of the game is turnout, and how positive the "base" feels about the candidate is of vital concern.

Democrats are +40 on Kerry (63/23)
Republicans are +77 on Bush (84/7)

It is not biased in any way as they ask exactly the same question both of Bush and Kerry (if you want blatently biased questions read the CBS poll)

With the way Rasmussen has been going of late I figured it would be Kerry up 3 in Fox.  In the margin of error like the last 3 Fox polls.

Last 3 Fox polls:

Bush 44 - Kerry 41
Bush 43 - Kerry 42
Bush 43 - Kerry 44
