You could download a map of NH from the NH Primary off of this site and change the colours.

Assuming you have windows...

Start Menu (bottom left corner)->Programs/Applications menu->Accessories->Paint

(note: this may be different from you since I have Windows XP, but overall it should be similar)

You can't cut and paste pictures to the forum.  You have to first host it online and then link to it.
