I always liked him, despite the sometimes (but only sometimes) moronic stuff he said.

As usual, neither of those categories really applies to him.

My overall opinion is positive though. He's an amicable guy, even if he's got some positions I have issues with.

Politically he is certainly an hp. I don't know much about what he's like beyond his politics.

Posting 5000 times a year for four years. It's not that hard.

StatesRights is one of the best posters that the Atlas has ever had. His knowledge of the civil war was uncanny and he always stayed true to his very conservative roots. On a forum that is rapidly becoming a left-winged echo chamber, that's a brave thing to do.

Don't know him well, but his repeated attacks on my religion suggest something.

When will I join this club? Let's see...

I have 32.25 posts/day. I'll round that to 30. That means about 900 posts/month. 20,000 divided by 900 is between 21 and 22. That means I'll reach my 20,000th post in about July or August 2009.

Note that because of all the rounding down I did, as well as the fact that my post count is steadily rising, this is an extremely conservative estimate. I expect to reach the mark in about a year.

I've had several disagreements with him (partisan affliation stuff), but his most egregious foul was his criticisms of my beer selection.

None the less, FF.

I'm actually leaning towards voting 'freedom fighter' for every single member of the 20k club.  a few are difficult (such as this one), but...

He's a good guy. Would be cool to have a beer with. We'd just agree to disagree about politics.

The poll is closed but I would have voted Freedom Fighter

We disagree on most things but he's still cool to have around and I'm very glad he came back.

Now if only we could get Milk & Cereal back........ Sad
