People were pissed off and tired with a years of conservative bullsh**t of Mila Mulroney, married to a random dude name Brian, and potential liberal bulls**t, provided by beautiful Jean Chretien, Trudeau's illegitimate son from the latter wild teenage years.

In results, everyone voted in Quebec and no one bothered to vote outside. So Bloc Québécois leader (100% seats) Lucien Bouchard became the first separatist Prime Minister of Canada. He immediatelly declared Quebec's independence with his as President, but remained Canadian Prime Minister, because he liked an additional salary.
