I have made a chart of the vote by areas of Los Angeles using the resources I have available. I'm not an expert on Los Angeles so I went by maps and tried to use major arterials as boundaries. If you know more than I do and want to check out my work please contact me!!!

this really needs maps. If only so those who know the city well can take your definitions apart.

These are the only maps I could find.

Ive almost completed a statewide California precinct and it has all the precincts in LA listed by area used, this is the best "I" can do.

I'm kind of stunned McCain approximated 20% in Silver Lake, Hollywood and Downtown.

A while back I was discussing with Alcon legitimate reasons the number of ballots exceeds the registration. I found an excellent example in part of Bel Air. At first I was thinking WTF, but then I remembered UCLA is in Bel Air, and probably lots of students registered elsewhere in LA voted here.
