Instead of ranking, there are Presidents whose "being religious" were questioned:
George Washington
Thomas Jefferson
James Madison
Martin Van Buren
John Tyler
Zachary Taylor
James Buchanan
Abraham Lincoln
Andrew Johnson
Ulysses Grant
Warren G. Harding
Bill Clinton
