I'm as much as a train wreck in many ways as I've ever been.  I live on energy drinks to get things done.  I am on my third of the day right now, but I'm writing to fully endorse Red Bull over anything else you might take up.  I had two Monsters earlier in the day, and while they do the trick to an extent, nothing compares to the mental clarity and alertness I feel now after maybe 12oz of Red Bull: this is despite 600mg of caffeine on the day prior to touching the Red Bull.

I have a 10 page exam due in at 9am, God help me.  also please note that I only drink sugar free energy drinks!

Good for you kid... those Monster drinks give me sh**ts as liquid and forceful as a fire hydrant

I sh**t really well because I eat a lot of fiber.

for those keeping score at home I just took a study break: popped a 12oz PBR to combat the anxiety that comes with caffeine abuse and concurrently took a walk in my parking lot, talking to myself all the time.  quite a life I lead here, really.

Take care, man. There's a reason they voluntarily put a warning label saying not to take more than one energy drink per day.

legal liability reasons, no?  FDA pestering them?

I've never found those energy drinks work very well - their effect seems more side effect of feeling sickly than actually waking me up.  Coffee by comparison has a wake/sick ratio like this: first cup 99/1, second 60/40, third and up 1/99.

I experience quite the same thing: it's the same story with other forms of drug dependence, a misfortune I understand you've largely been able to avoid.

how do you mean, like self-harm?  if so, I'll decline to comment.

perhaps it is, it came in the form of three three-to-four page questions and did not require citations, such is why I termed it a paper.  as for 'due', I think you can figure it out.
