Do Not PM List Enforcement Act

The Do Not PM List Act is amended to include the following additional clause:

"4. If anyone on the Do-Not-PM list receives a PM with the intent to sway the individual to vote in an ongoing election or ratification or vote for a specific candidate, the sender's vote shall be invalidated and will not be counted in the final tally for said election as punishment."

I think this is a little too tough.  Someone may make a mistake and now we are go to invalidate their vote?  I won't support that.

The reason I decided to propose this was because the Do Not PM List is a pointless list that doesn't have any teeth. We created this list of protected citizens that didn't want their privacy disturbed, but didn't create any mechanism for ensuring nobody bothers them. I just feel like we should have some sort of punishment associated with breaching that list, or we should get rid of that list entirely, that's all.

I agree with the proposed amendment.  The list does not appear to do anything (while I agree with the idea) because any penalty would be way to severe.  Thus getting rid of it makes sense.

Another curious lack of criticism from the apparently self-appointed Master of Activity on someone from his own party. As if we should expect consistency? This bill has become law without Presidential signature.
