I'm waiting for Joe to change his username to Sloppy Joe Republic to honor Bushie's new diet plan.  Wink

I'm not going to follow all of her advice as she wants me to stay within 1500-1800 calories.  That is just not going to happen.

I hate to do this, but... How much butter and jam on the toast? Did you add syrup or brown sugar to the oatmeal?

I can estimate the calories with that info.

Good job! I had 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of whole wheat toast, and an apple sliced up with cinnamon. But very good. Smiley

Dry toast, oatmeal made with water: 400-500 calories.

With toppings, sweeteners, etc.: 700-800 calories.

Factor in another 1000 calories for lunch at the zoo. Doesn't leave much space for dinner calories.
