Opinion of Chris Christie
«
on:
April 17, 2012, 11:07:50 am »
I did a search for threads on this and there were a few, but the most recent one hadn't been posted in for nearly a year, so I decided it's time for a new poll. What do you think of him? I think he's an asshole and really needs to lose weight, but I like him because he says it as it is.

I've already tried faking it. It doesn't work. The app is too smart for that. I can't drive 3 mph, plus I would clog traffic.

Never thought I'd say this, but I'm praying for another black-yellow majority, and for the SPD to get shattered. It's exactly what it deserves.

I've never understood the sick self-loathing desire on behalf of some on the Right to support and elect politicians that do nothing but bully and sh*t on the most vulnerable of their constituents.
He's a senselessly aggressive and deliberately outrageous bastard doing it all for the fame, at this point. HP.

He's fatter than I am! So there's a strike against him!
He's also a mean-spirited 'Joisey bully who looks like the guy the bookie sends to break your legs. Like his name should be Joey Knuckles or something.

You keep saying that, despite the reality of the situation.
I am very 50/50 with Christie. It's not going to get much better, and I'd rather have a loudmouth douche who says what he's thinking too much than any of the sneaky creeps we'd likely have in his place. That being said, he is an attention whore and has all but resigned in favor of a national popularity campaign. It's been almost Sarah Palin-esque with his decency being overblown into celebrity. Except he appears at this point to be far less corrupt and much more able-minded. For me the jury is still out, but starting to lean towards the negative. However I voted FF for the time being.

Corzine would've signed the gay marriage bill. I much prefer a somewhat scummy guy with politics I agree with over a media whore bully with awful politics I disagree with.

HP, one of the only conservative Republicans I can't stand. I don't think his attitude is fit for public office.
