Re-took it. Main thing is that Aquinas and Aristotle rose relative to everyone else. I find it interesting that Opebo's two highest scorers - Hume and Hobbes - were near the bottom of my list.

Interesting to see how I've changed.  I have a feeling that some of Aquinas'... lesser enlightened thoughts were not taken into account, such as his view that heretics "deserve not only to be separated from the Church by excommunication, but also to be severed from the world by death".

I like the descriptions of his thoughts given by the SelectSmart site quite a bit, though.  Not all of it, though; for example, I don't like the statement, "Societies must enact laws to ensure the correct application of moral reasoning."

Updated again. Aquinas remains on top, with Rand replacing Aristotle in second, and Kant rising to third. I agree with everyone more than I did a semester ago... St. Augustine, Nietzsche, Sartre, and Hume all went up quite a bit. Hobbes is still on bottom. Hobbes remains on the bottom.
