What are the official results of the District of Columbia Republican primary?

This atlas says Mitt won 70.08% of the popular vote.
The Green Papers and Wikipedia, however, say he won with 68.04%.

Which number is correct?

The DC official results include blanks (under votes) in their percentage tally.  As a standard, the atlas does not include the blanks as part of the vote percentage.

Thanks,

To be honest, that would be unfair on those users who predicted a 60% win for Romney, especially given that close run in D.C.

It's still unfair. I want my two points.
