I started that, but then I realized that some WV counties only send in scanned hand-written copies and I gave up. Maybe later... Tongue

(Dave doesn't upload presidential uploads afaik, but I was initially planning just using MS Paint for that)

If I had to live in West Virginia, I'd probably be generally unhappy too.
