I've uploaded some of the recent 2012 primaries:
I'm open to requests for other elections.
Republican primary for Senate, Indiana
North Carolina, Amendment 1
Democratic primary for Governor, North Carolina

I started that, but then I realized that some WV counties only send in scanned hand-written copies and I gave up. Maybe later...
(Dave doesn't upload presidential uploads afaik, but I was initially planning just using MS Paint for that)

West Virginia, based on 2008 and prior results, seems to be among the most pessimistic states in the Union. They seem to hate both parties.

If I had to live in West Virginia, I'd probably be generally unhappy too.
