Also, I like the general excited tone of both the article and Beck's show in discovering that there are tools out there on the internet where you can make custom election maps of your very own!

How cute.

Heres my prediction:

Obama: 272        Romney: 266        270 needed to win

Republican: 57        Democrat: 42        Independent: 1       51 needed for absolute majority

Closest presidential state is Ohio. Barack Obama narrowly reelected President of the United states, despite a big night for republicans in congress. Republicans pick up a net gain of eight seats. They hold Massachussetts and Nevada. Upsets of the night: Hawaii, Florida, Virgnia, Massachussetts, Maine. Republicans extend majority in house.

Frank Lautenberg dies in August, leaving a special senate election in that state. In an upset, Christine Todd Whittman wins senate seat by a close margin.

Alaska for Deukmjican and South Dakota going for Bradley. Four states remain. Ohio and South Dakota big news of the hour. Dems hold Montana senate seat.

Duekmjican: 257
Bradley: 194
Paul: 0

"So, I leave you all tonight with a full heart and a fervent prayer that we will meet again and we will meet often in this land where miracles are always happening, where every day is a new beginning and every life a blessing from God.

Why Colorado? I was hoping California would be the lone state.

Your Senate map... is, shall we say, not exactly realistic.

Never thought I'd say this, but I'm praying for another black-yellow majority, and for the SPD to get shattered.  It's exactly what it deserves.

While I was on vacation I texted a friend to see what was going on. "Well, Obama won the election in a land-slide. Turns out Romney only won Utah. Figures." Found that pretty funny.

Heres my prediction:

-snip-

I am very confused. Are you using Red Dems/Blue Reps for your first map and then Blue Dems/Red Reps for your senate map?

If so WHY?

I found this comment at the top more amusing, though it also made sure there was no chance I was going to read any more comments:

Quote
This is a fun exercise, but all premised on the assumption that the Tyrant will abide by the results of the election. He’s already tossed the Constitution in the trash, and now we hear buzz of democrats wanting him to rule, not govern. What’s to keep him from saying that the election was invalid for some reason and refuse to recognize the results? If Romney wins, I think we should ALL plan to visit Washington DC on Inauguration Day, noting that DC’s laws against gun possession have been invalidated. Beck, why don’t you call a “Restoring the Constitution” rally on the Mall for that date. If the Tyrant leaves, then the Republicrats will at least get the message. If the Tyrant does not leave, well, the garrison of DC can’t possibly stop half a million. The question is, not does the Tyrant have the balls to ignore the Constitution, but rather do WE have the balls to enforce it?

Gporter, if you're going to hijack any thread to dump your own election predictions, why on earth would you choose this one of all places?

Did Glenn Beck seriously predict that Romney will win DC? Wow, I knew that he was out there, but that's just amazing.

Yeah... Pete Hoekstra isn't going to win in Michigan; that's for sure.

Glenn Beck didn't seriously predict anything. He was being silly.

Is there a CO/UT rivalry? That would explain his map.
