Napoleon's vote for Senate should be invalid, right?

*Fifties voice* And, ladies and gentlemen, we have received a prediction that Mideast Senator Benconstine (I-VA) will be reelected after a tough and bruising campaign. Most polls had been showing his opponent, Assemblyman JCL (W-IN), with a narrow lead, but the majority of votes so far have been cast for the Senator. Unless a stream of Whigs pours in tonight and Sunday, Ben will be elected to his first full term; he had been appointed by then-governor Afleitch after the unanimous expulsion of Senator MOPolitico, who we can all agree sucked.

Oh praise Christ in heaven! Ben has won! Ben has won! I can die in peace because Ben has won! You know friends. Ben has been one of my most beloved allies since joining this game. He has supported me when I was down. Praised me when I was up. Selected me as his VP before dropping out. I am so pleased to see him get elected to the senate! He will be an asset, no, an irreplaceable piece of the senate for years to come!

I think Mint's ballot is invalid.
He deleted it and then voted again. I'm not sure whether or not it's legal to do so, so if anyone can prove it though.
Rochambeau did it once and his vote was not counted.

Both Tweed and Belgiansocialist appear to be overperforming their poll numbers.
Not bad for a Senate candidate whose platform is actually

inactivity...
Against pointless activity, is what you mean to say. Though, yes, I'm pleasantly surprised by the number of courageous voters in the NE who have not allowed peer pressure to bully them into voting for the status quo.

I stopped reading your platform when you said that you'd only show up to vote. That's not what we in the Northeast are expecting from our Senator. How exactly is meaningful debate of relevant issues pointless activity?

I fail to see how proposing and arguing for numerous thought-provoking pieces of legislation, checking in on and advising the Northeast government, and helping get the wiki a much-needed update are all "pointless activities," but you're welcome anyway.

And the notion that anyone has been or would be "bullied into voting for the status quo" is laughable, but I suppose that delusions of victim-hood are to be expected from a self-avowed Tweedist.
