I don't think this needs any introduction

Kashmir needs money for the reconstruction efforts. Due to the general failure of the international community so far (with the honourable exception of the British government) it is still way, way short of the sort of money needed. At least 500,000 people have yet to be reached by aid agencies and so on.
It also needs tents that are useful in the winter. Lot's and lot's of tents.
