I vote for the last option although if I had to pick one it would be money.
I guess I'm just evil or something.

All of it, but I picked heaven after death.
One thing I'd love is to be freed of the necessity to work. That won't happen for some time.

all of the above.
Assuming a heaven and hell exists-I would say going to heaven, but I don't believe in it...
First love, then money, then the rest.

money
wisdom
a better body
health
inner peace
world peace
to go to heaven when I die
love
I have money, or at least enough, I have a perfectly fine body, great health, and enough love. I have enough inner peace. Meaning we're down to wisdom, world peace, or going to heaven. If there is a heaven, it is almost certainly a place where a decent person like me would go, so that's out. Wisdom is tempting, but knowing all the answers is no fun. Leaving world peace, which would make the chances of obtaining better health, more love, more inner peace, and more money more attainable.

All of course, though if I had to pick just one, world peace.
Although that could be one of those "be careful what you wish for" situations. If an evil dicator conquered the whole world, there may technically be "world peace" since there wouldn't be any countries to go to war with each other. Obviously, though, there wouldn't be peace within the country or within the people themselves, so I would say that doesn't count at all.
Love and wisdom would come 2nd and 3rd. Everlasting life would obviously be cool, too, but it might get boring after a while if there was nothing to do. Although if I was still allowed to watch what's going on on Earth, and still follow elections until the end of time, that would be pretty neat.

Yup - most important out of the bunch IMHO. Can help you get inner peace too, I think.

If heaven exists I want to go that.
Otherwise, Wisdom or Inner peace will do; will side of extra money.
