(West Branch, Iowa)

(PBrunsel is speaking from the Hoover Presidential Library auditorium in front of a small audience. As is usual Ilikeverin News Network has graciously decided to air the speech.)

PBrunsel: I have just heard that our great Senator Texasgurl has resigned her seat in the Senate. Why she has I am not sure and I may never know. She has served our great district with honor and pride that is needed in all our public officials. Senator Texasgurl was not a politician, but a public servant. For that she deserves to be respected and admired by all the current officials, those who are to come, and by all members of the forum.

(Applause)

PBrunsel: We must continue. I feel that the time is now for a Conservative voice for the Midwest and District 3, and for that reason I today announce that I am a candidate for Senator from District 3.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: I am running to make sure the American Dream is still a reality and always attainable. I run so that the spirit of the entrepreneur will never leave this nation. I run today to assure business a fair deal and not a raw deal. I run today to make sure that all Americans have a chance to rise as far as men like Abraham Lincoln and Herbert Hoover came. I run today to assure the promise of America to all members of the forum.

(Cheers!)

PBrunsel: Today I run for tomorrow, Independence Day, we can start the campaign to declare our independence from big government, high taxes, and the beaurocracy of inefficiency.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: Join me on my run, and together we can improve this forum and continue to keep this nation proud, strong, and always a land of the free and home of the brave.

(Cheers and applause as PBrunsel walks from his podium to shake hands.)

Should be an interesting contest, PBrunsel.

Shall we debate?

All right, we can debate.

Best of luck Fritz.

As he pointed out, we cannot hold an election until AFTER she resigns.

PBrunsel, lets wait until we are clear on when the election will be held before setting up a debate time.  Agreed?

Agreed. That;s seems fine.

Go PBrunsel! Go PBrunsel!

I once visited West Branch and it is the most beautiful town I've ever seen. To think Hoover was born in that tiny home on Downey Street and became president, millionaire, and celebrated humanitarian from humble beginnings in that house.

It is the American Dream, and now for continuation of that dream I support PBrunsel from the wonderful state of Iowa for Senator of the third district!

Thanks Liberty.

One day I will live in West Branch and work as a Cuirator at the Hoover Library.

(Madison, Wisconsin)

(PBrunsel walks to a flag drapped stand as a band plays "The Battle Cry of Freedom.")

PBrunsel: "I say independence today, independence forver," John Adams said in 1776. He led the fight to make this great nation a free and independent nation. In thois Senate election we must declare our independence from big government.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrusnel: This Independence Day can be marked as the day we told District 3, "We have the rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." My economic plan covers all these. My tax cutting plan will give the lives of the tax payer the freedom from big taxes. We have the liberty from huge government spending and huge government taxes breaking our backs. And with lower taxes we will be able to enjoy our pursuit of happiness with more money in our pockets.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunselel: We need independence from hig taxes that hinder, not help, American business. With an indedependence from these high business taxes we will be able to let business grow and help our economy.

(Cheers!)

PBrunsel: It is important that in this Senate election we declare that taxation onl;y hurts business and people, and does little to help the middle class.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: We fought a war starting in 1775 against taxation without represenation, and now we must declare that taxation with represenatation can be unfair.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: As the firewors explode and the sparkelers light it lights the way to a brighter tommorow. A tommorow where we are safe from government incursion and waste.

(Cheers!)

PBrunsel: A future where government works for the people, and not against them. A future where it is safe to say as Reagan did, "The solution to our problem is not government, government is the problem."

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: Fight for your personal freedom, fight for a small government, fight for independence from high taxes, and always keep in mind that when the government comes from the people and not at them, the governemnt will be doing it's job.

(Cheers and applause as PBrunsel starts to shake hands. Lee Greenwood's "I'm Proud to be an American" plays.)

I'm PBrusnel, and I approved this message:

PBrunsel: Mr. Governor, we need a Constitution!

Narrator: In late May of 2004 Paul PBrunsel, a private citizen,. called upon his friend Governor Ilikeverin for the writing of a Midwestern Constitution.

PBrunsel: I wanted the Midwest region to ahve a Constitution so we could have rules and regulations for our district. You know a civilazation without laws causes madness.

Narrator: He was the only member of the Constitutional Writing Convention, where he wrote the Constitution to help govern the Midwest.

(Shows PBrunsel writing at his desk)

PBrunsel: I wrote that Constitution because we needed one to make the Midwestern Region work properly.

Narrator: He then campaigned hard to get it passed. he worked with a uacer and now Atlas Independence member Governor Ilikeverin, Democratic Secretary of Labor Fritz, and former Democratic Senator Hughento to make sure the Constitution was passed.

PBrunsel: I never saw partisan labels as importnat, we all wanted the same thing to be done, and we worked hard for it.

Narrator: And all that hard worked payed off when it was enacted.

PBrunsel at a party celebrating the Constitution: We worked hard, we united, we made a Constitution, we made it pass, and we have made our region stronger.

Narrator: He united us to pass the Constitution, he united us to pass it, he has united the Midwest, he will be a uniter for the nation.

PBrunsel for Senate, People over Politics.

(Peoria, Illinois)

(PBrunsel walks to the podium as a band plays, "Stars and Stripes Forver.")

PBrunsel: In America we believe that hard work will lead to success, and this is true.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: There is one thing that haunts the generations of hard workers before, now, and those yet to come, and that is the national debt. As Senator I will introduce a Balanced Budget Ammendment to the Senate.

(Applause)

PBrunsel: This ammendment will ballance the national budget in 6 years. This will be enacted through tax and spending cuts nation wide.

(Applause)

PBrunsel: We can not continue to have a deficit that makes us pay over $8,000 a year. If the deficit continues to rise, our children's families will pay over $10,000. This will come from tax hikes, and we can not let down the younger generations, we must delete the deficit.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: We can not stand with the Tax and Spnd Liberals or the Tax Cut and Still Spend Republicans, we have to say that if we cut taxes we have to cut spending, this is the only way to ballance the budget. A ballanced budget will protect America from economic troubles and will help our economy expand.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: Ony a nation with a ballanced budget can keep a prosperous economy forever.

(Cheers and applause as PBrunsel walks from the podium to shake hands. Lee Greenwood's "I'm Proud to be an American," plays.)

I'm PBrunsel, and I approved this add:

Woman: Well my family had owned a Watch building factory since 1906, and one day a worker chose to set up a lawsuit because he reported he sweated too much, and it caused him to get sick.

Narrator: Every week in America small businesses are being sued for petty things.

Woman: Well we were in court for several months, nearly a year, and this cost production tot eh factory.

Narrator: Thousands of petty lawsuits against small business flood our courts each year.

Woman: Well the court ordeal took too much time, and we had to close down the factory, we had just lost too much production.

Narrator: Conservative Historian Paul PBrunsel supports banning petty lawsuits against our small businesses.

Woman: When I vote on Election Day I have to make sure what happened to me doesn't happen again.

Narrator: Paul PBrunsel for Senate, People over Politics.

Woman: I have to vote for PBrunsel, I have to vote for small business.

If you are elected how will you vote on the second boss abortion act?
with or without amendments?

I will vote yes, due to me opposing abortion. I am in favor of any bill restricting abortion.

I know I may lose your vote now, but I have to stand up for what I feel is right.

Isn't this the bill?

No legal abortions are permitted after the 150th day of pregnancy, unless a certified medical doctor proclaims the life or health of a woman to be in question.

(Moose Lake, Minnesota)

(PBrunsel walks to the stage as a band plays "God Bless America.")

PBrunsel: Our great forum must keep a small government, by this I mean the cutting of fantasy positions. A government that is small and efficient can only help our great nation.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: I stand for those whow ant to decrease fantasy government. I will personaly introduce a bill outlawing such unconstitutional positions as Secretary fo the Senate, Laison to the President or Vice President, or personal secretary to a Senator. These jobs just make the government more confusing and huge. To have millions of positions is a tragedy to the government, and it needs to be reduced.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: I will introduce the Position Reduction Bill, this bill will make sure that the Secretary of the Senate or whatever other meaningless job can never be created again.

(Applause!)

PBrunsel: With a bill blocking these insignifigant jobs, we will never have to again see that our government is handing out hordes of little jobs as if the Spoils System was back.

(Applause)

PBrunsel: If the UAC lives up to it's ideas and founding it will approve of this Position Reduction Bill in a way to simplify foum government. As I have said repeatedly, a small governemnt keeps things running good and not in a tangled mess.

(Cheers!)

PBrunsel: Simplify our government, vote for me, i'll work for you, and we can keep this government working correctly.

(Cheers and applause as PBrunsel starts to shake hands. Lee Greenwood's "I'm Proud to be am American" plays.)

(St. Louis, Missouri)

(PBrunsel walks to the stage as a band plays "The Missouri Walts" witch was Harry Truman's least favorite song! Smiley )

PBrunsel: Today I continue my run for Senate. It may become a failed crusade as I have embarked on before, once for Governor and once for Vice President. This may also prove to be a victory for the Republican Party, and the nation as a whole.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: The choice is up to you.

(Applause)

PBrunsel: My opponents, the honorable Fritz and DemRepDan, have both held positions in the former Nym Administration. For, them they have the expierience. They have held the jobs in the government, and I say it's time for a change in the Capitol City.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: The politicians in Nym, D.C., have had their chance to run this government, and it is bloated, inneficient, and guzziling your hard earned dollars into a bottomless pit of debt. I say that the politicians have had their chance to run this government, and I say it's time for new leadership for District 3.

(Cheers!)

PBrunsel: It's time to get back to an honest government. A government as good an honest as the people of this forum.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: It's time to get back to an honest day's work and an honest day's pay.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: It's time to return to the tradition of hard work, and not to the welfare state.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: My candidacy for Senate is one for the middle class of the forum. I want tax relief for small business, tax relief for the middle class, tax deductable college tuition, and a strong renewal of the American Dream.

(Cheers and applause!)

PBrunsel: We need to unite for a greater cause, we need to unite to make sure the American Dream is always attainable. We need to use our vote to make this forum more honest, more decent, and more campassionate.

(Cheers and applause as PBrusnel leaves the stage to shake hands. Lee Greenwood's "I'm Proud to be an American" plays.)
