Looks like someone has gotten very nervous about the Border Issue dragging down Democrats

I don't think so. Not that I think Trump or Scott will lose Florida or come particularly close to doing so, but 2022 was probably the high-water mark for Florida Republicans.

Moskowitz is probably trying to shore up his moderate credentials to prepare for a statewide run. He would have a good shot of getting elected governor in 2026 against a weak Republican like Gaetz, especially in a Trump midterm.

There’s definitely a chance Trump or Scott win it but Moskowitz losing is highly unlikely.

Moskowitz will only be vulnerable in a midterm environment.

I feel like if a seat in Florida didn't go red in 2022, it won't go red in 2024.

Moskowitz and Soto are probably safe, for the foreseeable future.

I agree that 2022 was a high water mark for the GOP in certain areas.

Even as DeSantis won Moskowitz's district, Moskowitz still won by more.

It would take an even bigger red wave in Florida than 2022 to knock Moskowitz off.
