This is among "high propensity" voters.

Does that mean this poll completely leaves out those who don't vote in every election?
 
This seems more like a subsample, not a national poll

Yes, Scott Rasmussen's tweet says "among high propensity voters" ... I think this result is consistent with what many other pollsters show . Biden leads among those certain to vote. Trump leads if he gets the unlikely voters to come out

LV is not high propensity. If the definition of that is voted in both 2020/2022 then that category only makes up about 2/3 of the LV universe.

Honestly, RMG is a mess. Scott Rasmussen apparently does these 2,000 RV polls but only releases select topllines. He does the same thing with the Biden approval. He just tweets out toplines and that's it.
