It used to be positive but over the last several years has become more and more negative.  The Country deserves better than this $hitheel Bush Administration.

Broadly positive, but then I think that of most places. I happen to have a negative view of the current Government in the U.S, but I don't think that matters much.

Well yeah, but we were talking about "the country" deserving better, not you personally. This is a country that gave a coupist its belated sanction despite the fact that he was not able to "make" the elections in the traditional way of coupists - didn't even choose his election date.
