As a Mississippian, I can say that black turnout rates here are abyssmal.  MS actually has a higher % of blacks than any other state, but they rarely vote.  Anyhow, almost all whites vote Republican.

Vorlon, I assume that the 0-numbers are supposed to be understood as below 0.5? Surely there must be some black voters even in Vermont, etc? Wink
