There maybe a serial killer on the loose in my area as two people who were out for a walk down the street were as it appears a couple was randomly snatched by someone or some people in a white van as they were walking, with the man being killed and the female being seriously injured.


So I was wondering since this was so random and so close by if there is anything I could do to ensure my safety beyond the usual?
