These are generally quite good reflections of the distribution of partisan votes

Well, almost. They tell us a great deal about the distribution of partisan votes in an election in which Livingstone (for or against) was the main draw. Still very, very interesting though Smiley

Canning Town is where Alan Craig (a councillor there since 2002) is based. The CPA vote in Newham is very strange; a combination of the sort of white voters who might otherwise be attracted to the BNP (Craig loves to bash Muslims) and West African fundamentalist types.
