There were 905 completed responses to four poll questions. The survey was conducted September 22-24. The margin of error, with a 95% confidence interval, was 3.3%. The demographic breakdown of the respondents was 66-29% white/black, while the party registration of respondents was 48-32% Democratic/Republican (20% Independents). The geographic breakdown of the respondents was as follows: 6% from the Alexandria media market, 20% from the Baton Rouge media market, 14% from the Lafayette media market, 6% from the Lake Charles media market, 9% from the Monroe media market, 32% from the New Orleans media market, and 12% from the Shreveport media market.
