By: Miamiu1027 (D-NY) - 2008-09-23 @ 13:40:13 With six weeks remaining until election day, McConnell, the Senate minority leader, now holds a 49%-46% lead over Lunsford, which is within the poll's 3.9% margin of error. Compared to an identical SurveyUSA poll released six weeks ago, Lunsford is up six points, McConnell is down three. SurveyUSA interviewed 900 Kentucky adults from September 21-22. Of the adults, 835 identified themselves as registered voters. Of those, 672 were determined by SurveyUSA to be likely to vote in the general election on November 4.
