It has a margin of error of + 4.0 percentage points. Sampling was conducted via random digit dialing weighted to reflect known population patterns. A stringent multiquestion likely voter screen was applied to a representative sample of 967 registered voters in order to determine those most likely to vote. Likely voters were statistically adjusted to reflect recent voter turnout rates by region. All interviews were completed three days prior to Election Day. SRI is an independent, non-partisan research institute. SRI subscribes to the American Association of Public Opinion Research Code of Professional Ethics and Practices.
